With the world becoming more global as we proceed forward, a single mode of communication language is more of a necessity now. The language English has therefore evolved as the global language with about 379 million-odd native English speakers and one of the 753 million people who speak it as a second language. This indicates the remarkable success of English as the lingua franca of business, travel and international relations. The relative ease with which English can be picked up means that English will continue to dominate the world stage for the foreseeable future. For some, English is still synonymous with opportunity and a better quality of life and they are not wrong in thinking that. The only other language that is most spoken apart from English is Mandarin, which you need only if you plan to settle in China.
The easiest way for us to test our English capabilities is the trusted platform of IELTS, that tests how good we are in 4 different segments.
So, if you want to take your business global, or study outside or communicate with the global platform, learn to adapt to the language of English. (Bangla is still the most lovable and will remain in our hearts forever).
