However, customer support needs improvement, the video player should be changed, and the UI of the tracking system on the website should be enhanced. This course helped me bridge my knowledge gaps, especially by allowing me to ask instructors questions during live classes. However, I believe there are areas for improvement, such as making Interactive Cares' support service more responsive and dynamic, offering a One-Stop solution on the website, and pre-publishing recorded content in advance. Through this course, I learned Raw PHP and Laravel, with Live Classes being the most valuable part for me.
